I have never used a beach broom before how does it work?
My Summer fan beach broom is easy to use to clean up many surfaces. In just a few swipes it cleans the sand in seconds with no effort.
Does it hurt or can it damage cloth?
Our broom is made of really soft bristles from sea grass. It is therefore really gentle on feet or any beach blanket without leaving a trace.
Bristles are falling. Should I worry?
Just like any broom, it happens that bristles fall off. It absolutely normal and is due to use. We have carefully filled the broom with enough fibres to last a lifetime.
Is the broom heavy?
Our beach broom is made from the lightest material thus it is easy to carry and travel with. It weighs only 150 gr and is ergonomic, even kids can use it to dust off their stuff.

We accept Credit Cards, Paypal payments and Scalapay with 3 installment payments.
Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide using an international delivery service. For more information please check our shipping information page.
How long does shipping take?
A few days after your order, you'll get a confirmation email that it's been shipped with a link to tracking. For further details, visit our shipping page.
Express orders within France arrive within 1-2 business days. Standard orders should take 3 - 4 business days. Rest of the world is shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost express and takes between 3-5 business days to arrive.
Delivery time also does depend on location and local postal service capacity.
How do I track my parcel?
You will receive tracking details direct to your inbox once your item has been shipped.
Do I have to be home for my delivery?
Your package with be placed in your mail box. If you are not home for delivery your package will be waiting for you at your local post office.
I did not receive my confirmation email.

What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are displayed and charged in EUR. This amount is then converted by your cardholder to your local currency and may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on your bank issuer's policy.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, it’s a decision made by your cardholder. It could be due to an incorrect card number, expiry date, or an account balance. Please get in touch with your bank on this matter. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal.
Does My Summer fan cover customs, duties and taxes?
My Summer fan is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please get in touch ASAP with our customer care. If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Email us at contact@shop-mysummerfan.com
I made a mistake on my order
Please email contact@shop-mysummerfan.com with all the details and we'll do our best to get it sorted. We do work fast, so it's possible that your order will be processed, packed and shipped before we can operate changes.
How do I exchange or return an item?

What do I do if I've received a faulty item?
Kindly email contact@shop-mysummerfan.com with your order number and a picture of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange and take in charge a replacement or a refund for you.
