Return Policy
All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted. To request a return, please email us at contact@shop-mysummerfan.com within this time frame so we can assist you accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of the refund of your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund on your credit cart or the original payment method used at checkout.
Your account will be credited within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately any additional charges beyond our control such as taxes and or VAT, cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will have to bear all shipping costs and fees for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We highly recommend returning the product(s) via an insured shipping service allowing the package to be tracked to guarantee delivery.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before we ship it to you. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, the cancellation will be automatically rejected.
Once the cancelation confirmed and completed you will receive a full refund credited to your original method of payment. To arrange for a cancelation please email us at contact@shop-mysummerfan.com.
Exchange
At this time we are not able to process exchanges in our system. You will need to go through the return process and purchase the accurate item.
