Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The estimated delivery time will take 2 to 3 business days* within France and Europe, and 5 to 7 business days** for International shipping.

Please note, this timing is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped along with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may incur additional import duties and taxes causing delays to your order. My Summer fan has no control over these charges that may apply at customs to your order. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

Damages

My Summer fan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.
