3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), excluding VAT (not applicable). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please refer to our shipping and delivery policies for further information.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law, customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return. Products must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

7. Liability

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of Tribunal de Commerce of Thonon Les Bains, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal rules.
